OBJECTIVE OF RETROFIT:

Foremost, to improve sales by increasing light levels, and also to improve quality of light, reduce energy consumption, and minimize maintenance costs.

APPLIED RECOMMENDATIONS:

The existing 250 watt metal halide fixtures were replaced with florescent retail high bay fixtures. The height and location of the fixtures were optimized to maximize performance.

EQUIPMENT INSTALLED:

Retail grade linear 6-Lamp, T-8 OHB HIF (high bay) fixture with premium ballasts, lamps and reflectors. The fixture is equipped with adjustable hanging system and cord minimizing installation costs.

EQUIPMENT REMOVED:

288W Metal Halide Fixtures

LIGHTING LEVELS:

260% Increase

COLOR RENDERING:

31% Increase

ENERGY CONSUMPTION:

22% Reduction

LAMP LIFE:

360% Extended
