1'x4' 1-Lamp (Wide) Reflector Kit for Retrofit of Acrylic Lens Recessed Troffer Style Fixtures.  For those who want to maximize fixture efficiencies while reducing lamp costs.  Reflector Kit Converts  existing 3-L or 2-Lamp T12 or T8 fixtures with 1-L "R" Style computer designed reflector for optimized efficiency.  Brackets available from .5" -2" stepdown for precise fit & quicker installation.  Provides uniform light distribution & tool-free maintenace.  Available in T-8 or T-5 configurations and in three finishes (White, Specular & Enhanced Aluminum).
