Advanced lighting technologies make it economically feasible to retrofit or replace older technologies reducing electric consumption and subsequent utility bills to the extent that payback can be realized anywhere from 12 to 36 months. Often, an entire retrofit can be accomplished without out of pocket expense beyond what is currently paid in utilities. Utilizing the services of an Energy Service Company (ESCO) will help make that happen.
